Most products today are made entirely in China or with Chinese parts Service： Impressive. The fact that a single individual is staying with one customer throughout the process is so effective. Rapid responses, very helpful. 

The heat pump arrived as described.  The only issue I ran into was being new to the Alibaba platform.  A few days before I had received it (which they are not lying when they say 3 months) Alibaba said the order was closed and no longer eligable to assurance protection because I had not filed for a refund yet.  I quickly filed for a refund out of fear of it not arriving.  It turned out everything was ok and I just canceled the refund request.  Definitely a confusing system but the heat pump seems of quality (I have not yet wired it in) and Guangdong Macon New Energy Tech was responsive to communication and did exactly as they said they would.  They emailed photos along the way.
